Unhappy k100rt help

My speedometer works great sometimes and other time it wont how do I clean the rear wheel sensor? must I do anything with the rear difreencial?

try http://www.ibmwr.org/ktech.shtml lots of good info there. The speed sensor pulls out of the
top of the rear gear housing after loosening one screw. Could be the impulse wheel is loose on the
drive gear, but probably a flakey connection in the instrument pod. (no differentials on K bikes,
unless you got a trike!)
