no low beam

I think I have a problem with my switch any ideas I have a 1986 k100rt

I am guessing you have checked the globe and I have found the easiest way is to remove the windscreen.
Make sure you have the right voltage on the connector while you are there.
When I bought mine I found it had too higher rated globe and the switchgear is not what you call heavy duty but a good spray with a good quality contact cleaner did the job. De-Oxit is highly recommended.
Then I fitted an Eastern Beaver relay kit as there is no headlight relay. Very good quality and easy to fit.
