Question K 75RS Ignition problem

Hello everyone, I'm new here and wonder if I can pick your brains with my mystery on the recently purchased 1990 K 75. I've bought the bike few months ago (it was "dry stored" for 5 years) and after brisk check over manged to start it, despite the previous owner complained about starting issues. It was fine for a while and got going the whole lot (electrical system), after while it cut off and couldn't started since. There was no spark at all, I did replace the spark plugs and checked the HT cables.

I've replaced wirring loom, engine subloom and checked every wire and each connection to switches, sensors and releays - nothing, changed ICU - nothing, changed coils - nothing, wired directly ICU and got lovely, strong and stable blue spark until I've put it together.

Starter,starter and load sheding relays works fine, the feed to pick up assembly shows drop upto 4V while starting and negative (earth) point gets hot. I've rang all wires end to end for signs of leak against earth - turned out to be OK, bypassed ignition switch, with direct earth and live feed to ICU and coils spark apear normal, replaced connectors checked afterwards and everything seem OK until I fitted the loom and realy box... Since then I've got occasional few sparks, that's all..

Any ideas or and tipps?

Hall Effect sensors? It's been a looooong time since I've been on a K75, and my recollection of things to look at has eroded with time. PM FlyingDuck, as he's got a wealth of knowledge on the early K bikes, and might be able to get you zeroed in on it.
