Transmission Output Shaft Leak! eeeeek!

Hi folks, I have a 2005 K1200S and have recently found an oil leak at the transmission output shaft seal. I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to R+R the seal without pulling the transmission from the bike? It looks super tight but I think it may be doable by removing the rear swingarm instead of the transmission.
