Side mirror re-install

Has anyone encountered an issue with a side mirror completely coming out of its socket?

Not sure if its due to vibration or a creep pulled it off - I now have to tighten the bolt+nut inside the fairing.

It may appear the entire front fairing needs to come off? Ideas? TXS
