Clutch Tools

Hi all.

This is my second BMW my first was the R1150R but I've got myself a K1200R on 55 Plate.

Read the death all the threads about vibrations low down in the engine.

I would like to know where I can get my hands on the tools needed to take the clutch basket out i.e. the big locking spanner, crank lock tool, the wire etc.

Thanks in advance

Some will splash out $$s on the OE tools. The best way is to make your own. With bits of steel from a scrappy, angle grinder and a small home electric arc welder you can do everything. Clima manuals usually have plenty of photos of DIY tools or photos of the OE so you can see what they look like. If you have a local BMW Stealer with a viewing area, you will see loads of tools normally clipped to a board.
