Interesting question. Because the K brick and injection system is quite old now, I've always assumed the injectors are low impedance. They certainly fire all at once (Bosch Multi point), rather than sequentially.
If you're thinking of doing something with injectors, you'd need to understand the closed loop aspect of the ECU control and mapping.
I can tell you on my '98 R11R they are high impedence. I suspect the K is the same. As far as flow is concerned if you can pick the part number off of the injector body I believe you can find the flow rate on the web.
