Heated Corbin Seat- Front and Rear

My New To Me 07 GT came with a beautiful Corbin seat. However, after my first 300 mile day, I discovered I do not have a Corbin Ass. Ended up with a Rick Meyer so the Corbin's gotta go.

New $1000
Used asking $500 OBO

LOL! Aint that the truth.......aftermarket seats can be great if they actually fit your rumpkus and feel good. $1,000 and it better have a happy ending to every single ride too.

Glad you were able to get what you needed and sell what you didn't.

So......on a scale of 1 to 10 in comfortability, the Corbin is ??? And the Bill Mayer is ???

For short runs around town, the Corbin was fine. But when I did a 300 mile run, my ass went numb- I'd give it 1 6 or 7. Bill Meyer was much better. Even through it was made for someone 6" taller than me, the seat it self was soooo much more comfortable.

It's my understanding that the Meyer family originally designed the foam in Russell Day Long saddles. The family split ways with Russell but took the patent with them . I had a russell on my LT and it was like night and day. I'd give Meyer a 9 or 10!
