BMW Charlotte

Have to admit I stayed away for quite some time - customer service issues. Started going back about 11 months ago and my confidence has improved. Some pricing issues have been resolved and they will now work with on some parts pricing. Bottom line - bought K1200S in October. The Charlotte store seems to have made major strides in customer service and their willing to work on pricing issues. Always has been great for service - super techs!
