Exclamation BMW of Salt Lake

After reading about all the EWS issues with the new bikes I decided to pick up a spare antenna before my upcoming trip to Colorado. I stopped by Bmw of Salt Lake and asked them how much one was, they told me $155.00. I hesitated to buy it as I thought I had seen the part for much less on the internet. I went home and looked up the part on Max BMW's website and it was listed for $37.00 plus shipping. Thinking that the local dealer had mistakenly looked up the price for the whole ignition switch I called them with the part number. He said they had 2 in stock and they were $125.00

I can understand price differences between dealers and deep discount for internet orders but this is not even close. The dealers cost on the part can't be more than $25.00 (probably more like $15.00). Dealers need to make money to stay in business but a 500% markup is bullshit and I am through with them. This is not the first time I have run into this with them.
