AS Cycles? what's going on over there?

They have totally messed up my orders shipping them to the wrong place twice. Even after I gave them the correct address twice. I had to drive 40 miles twice to get my package at another location. Then they left an item out of the box. This is all on one order that all of these screw ups have happened. Not calling me back when they say they will follow up with my backorder. The general manager does not even return emails. They have this recording that states that you can email the general manager if you have had a problem. He doesn't even respond. What is up with these people????

I am not buying from there again. Has anyone else been bent over by these guys?

Howdy Richard,

A&S is usually pretty responsive and is making a technology push to expanding internet sales, so they may have some growing pains.

I suggest you call them and ask to speak with Jeff, the General Manager.

bump, fwiw:

I got an e-mail from them today about them being closed now on Sunday and Monday.

"A&S Powersports is committed to providing you the highest level of service possible with the best staff available. To uphold that commitment, we will be changing our hours of operation for the entire dealership to Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Sunday and Monday beginning Sunday, July 5th."

I'm still thinking about that one...

So they are closing two days from their normal 7 day operation and keeping the highest level of service too? Hours haven't increased nor changed other than being less.

Overheard at DMV: "We are closed some Friday's to serve you better." Tax payer's pocketbook I guess.
