Smile BMW San Francisco

I got serious about biking a year ago this month. I bought my bike at BMW SF (k12gt) and they have always been very helpful.

Yesterday my batery went dead. I was in a hurry and left my headlight and PIAA lights on ALL day. Totally dead! Couldn't get it bump started, but fortunately, I was only a block or so from the dealer. It was getting late and coming up on closing time so I ran over and asked what could be done. We were going to get it towed but when the sales manager found out that it was so close to the dealership, he readily offered his assistance and helped me push it accross a busy street and into the dealrship service are. He put it on the charger all night for me. This moriing the service manager was able to start it up but it was cranking slow, so he offered to keep it on the charger today as well, all at no charge.

I was impresed!

Thumbs up Dealer Support.

Now THAT sound like the way it should be from dealers everywhere in the BMW network.

If I am in the area they will get my business with an atitude like that!!
