BMW of Seattle (formerly Ride West)

I was told by a friend with an old oilhead that this was the place to go for hard fixes. "they got the tools, and the talent, but it will cost you" were his exact words. My first impression was that they were also quite personable. I ended up buying my GTLE there this fall. Since then I have had two services, and three tech lessons. I would have to say they have earned their 95% satisfaction rating. As I have learned, new BMWs have a lot of raw-edge technology. Their most tech savvy mechanic, George (pronounced Horhay), has been amazing in his pursuit of my happiness. Taking calls at all hours, and returning my calls from as far away as Bakerfield CA, he has walked me through Bluetooth, Sat-Nav, and dash board setting problems. I also have to give a shout out to the Salesman Roman. He's the only one that kept listening when I suggested a purchase price of 20% less than the retail sticker. I usually don't hit it off with sales folk, but his honest, no pressure approach has allowed us to remain friends even through my moments of buyer regret.
Two thumbs up so far.
