Thumbs up BMW of Orlando

Two weeks ago I had my RS in for the 6k service and the annual brake flush. I wanted to make sure all was well before I left for Alaska on May 17. I live 45 miles from the shop, but work is only 7 miles away. Made arrangments for a co-worker to pick me up before work and drop me off after to pick up the bike. I rec'd a call from the shop, they see some seepage at the bell housing and plan to change the rear main (or tranny input) under warranty. That's good, but they have no loaners, and I have no transportation home. Scheduled an appointment for the following tuesday, they hope to have it complete by wednesday, knowing I was planning a shakedown run to the Georgia Mountain Rally. I called them wednesday afternoon, sorry, it's not ready yet, they found a seal in the final drive misting, and changed that while all was apart. They finished the bike early thursday, I picked it up (trailer), loaded it that evening and blasted to Georgia friday AM.
I think they went out of their way to find and fix things I hadn't yet noticed, and get me going in a short time.
