BOB's is awsome!

I recently purchased an 04' k12rs and have spent about $1500 in accessories to get the bike exactly how I want it. All of my purchases have been over the phone or on the internet.
Some purchases from dealers and some from other vendors - 90% of my experiences have been bad, really bad. Mostly - dealers - I had one dealer tell me they were really busy and to call back later - it was 9am. And I was calling to follow up on an order I had placed 2 weeks earlier - finally after a long hold ( long distance ) I was told it might be in by the next weekend. I told him to cancel the order.

My best experience was Bobs BMW. These guys are awsome. Respond to my emails and actually have the parts instock - if they don't they tell you they are going to order them - and the price on the website - is the same price as when you call.

I worked in retail management for 20 years - believe me when I say the biggest impact you can make with these yoyo's is to not buy from them. You should go out of your way to support the guys who treat you right - and spread the word brother... eventually it will come around and bite them in the

Bob's is excellent. Never had a problem. What really impressed me was this past Christmas, when I bought my wife an Olympia riding suit. It was on sale in the store for a lot less than the internent price. I was shocked to find my credit crd billed for the lessr amount. Even, when they were out of stock of the pants size they charged us the lower price 3 weeks later. fast service and nice people.
