Thumbs up Lone Star BMW of Austin

I took a K12rs to BMW of Fort Worth to have the ABS lights checked out 3 times and was told it needed a new ABS pump. The price was $ 1,700 plus labor.

Then I thought let's go see Bob at Lone Star BMW of Austin and let him have a look. So I made a appointment on a Saturday morning and three weeks later we were off to have it check out.
We left Fort Worth, TX at 6am and about 180 miles and 3 hours later we were unloading there.
They had coffee and donuts, a great place to sit and relax. Wonderful folks all around and they were smiling to.

Bob found the computer was saying it was the pump but he tested it and everything was Good. So he check the ABS sensor and charged the battery to full charge. It was the sensor that needed adjusting. Bob told us that if it does it again to get a New battery and disconnect the computer for a couple of hours to reset it.

The following day we took it for a 250 + ride and so far everything is working. So thanks to Bob at Lone Star BMW of Austin for finding the Real problem and now we have money to Ride our bunns off.

Remember its who is reading the computer ....

Thank You..... Bob
