Another plus for Max BMW (NH)

I purchased my '03 K12RS from them last winter, and as soon as riding season started I noticed that my idle was erratic and the bike had a tendency to stall when cold. I contacted my saleman (John) who looked into the courtesy ECU upgrade offer that had expired last winter (before I purchased the bike). Even though the offer was expired, he arranged for a replacement since the prior owner had not done it. I just got the bike back, and from the brief chance I have had to ride it so far, it seems that the replacement has done the trick. It rides much smoother when cold and the idle is stable. No more stalling when pulling out of my driveway either. I was impressed that they would go the extra mile like that to help me out.
