Scottsdale BMW, AZ, great service dept

I stopped into the dealer to get the brake fluid topped off on my 06 K12S (intermittent pwr/ABS brakes), they found it wasn't the fluid level and promptly pulled the bike in on a very busy day.

Turns out the factory adjustment was out. I didn't expect to have work done without an appt but I'm glad they did, its great to have pwr brakes again. They checked out the entire brake system as well.

I'm moving to the area shortly and will continue to use their services, although my 2 beemer's were purchased in my home state.

Seems like I have all the luck, I travel a lot and all the BMW dealers I've had service from have been great (Detroit BMW, Lone Star, TX, Twin Cycles in Boise, Ft Wayne, IN and Bob's BMW, for parts).

Nice folks there in Scottsdale service, I'll beeback!...geo

That's good to hear. I had not heard any comments (good or bad) about their service dept. since they opened.
