Carolina BMW Greensboro - good to good +

Just had my '07KGT 600 mile service. Took right at 3 hours, had an appointment and got there 15 minutes early and the bike was promplty taken inside.

I asked for the printout and was told "......loose my license... yada yada yada..." Then I asked for a copy and was politely given a copy of the computer readout before my bill arrived. Not that I understand what is in the printout but I have it to say the least - no fault codes and it rides and operates great...

I asked about the rear end lube - yes it was changed, looked good, no metal, etc. The service tech (mechanic) was very nice and pleasant to talk to.

I was very pleased at the check-out $230.00. Don't know if they charged hourly rate or book.

There were about a dozen guys gathering at the shop for a team ride. Everyone spoke very highly of the dealership and it's personnel.

They have three KGT's...and just a bunch of bikes most models they have two or three.

They have more BMW riding apparel than a dealer in Columbus, OH, they had free coffee, soda, donughts (sp).

I have been in the dealership twice since moving to Greensboro area two months ago. Didn't buy anything those times and was waited on and treated very nicely.

on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate todays experience a 10 and I plan on going back for a helmet and some rain gear after the wallet fattens up a little.

I have purchased several bikes from Jason at Carolina BMW in Greensboro and had many, many services performed on my bikes over the years. I give them a thumbs up - always fair and the service is excellent. I have great confidence in the shop there and I can't say that about all BMW shops.
