DC Metro Area - Service Experience(s)

Just curious. For those of you in the DC Metro area (DC, MD, NoVA), what kind of service experiences have you had? What dealer(s) would you recommend? If I ever have any complex issues, I'd prefer to take it to the dealer that would have the greatest chance of fixing those issues. Thanks in advance!

Been dealing with Bob's BMW for many years. They have always come through for me and are a great bunch of folks! Morton's in Spotsylvannia, VA is also a great bunch of folks too!

morton's

I bought at Morton's, and used them for my 1200 mile. Good mechanic- just dont take the wait for the bike option- you will be there most of the day. Schedule ahead and get a free loaner!
