Replacement for broken radiator cap cover -K1200R

Hi all & Seasons Greetings from New Zealand.

I have a wee query after a wee issue occurred...

I went to pick my bike up the on Boxing Day & another bike had fallen into it.

Thankfully, there was only a very minor graze to my frame, but it had also broken the black 'plastic' cover that goes over the radiator cap. (The other bike had a broken headlight, mirror and cracked fairing)

I just can't seem to find them anywhere on A&S, Bike Bandit etc. They all seem to be the standard cap - unless I am missing something.

At present, I now have the bright shiny aluminum radiator cap sticking out like dogs-nuts with the black background.

Are there any recommendations where to go to get the plastic cover please?

Thanks

There are a few listed on ebay, not sure if they ship that far. If not you may be stuck having a dealer order a replacement one for you. Another option is a nice call of matte black paint or plasti-dip to cover the silver.

Hi Dodgeem
Thanks for the tip. Had thought of painting the pressure cap - but it'd look naff.

Cheers

Update:
Called into the local dealer...it's actually the over-flow/expansion tank for the cooling system. Radiator cap cover...grand total of $11.65 NZD (About $7.60 USD) So am all happy.

Unfortunately...while there...replaced my BMW All-round Gore-tex boots, got some Rev'it Alaska Goretex gloves for next winter, Rev'it Bomber gloves for this summer & a Givi clip-on tank bag....Just on $1K spent. Knew that plastic cover wasn't going to be cheap!
