Question Transmission kaputt ?

Since a week or so, bike started "jumping" on 5th gear when accelerating (even at 1/3 of the throttle).

I'm about to open the gearbox this week to inspect the damage.

What is your thought? Worn dog teeth?

I tried googling transmission issues on K1300 models, couldn't find something related.

Bike is a 2008 K1200R (transmission's exact part number as K1300 models).

Is this normal?

Could it be something else?

What exactly do you mean by "jumping"? is it coming out of gear or moving to another gear?
