Replacing the red kill/off switch on my 1200R Sport

Hello everyone, I just picked up a Blue 07 K1200R Sport last week and I'm looking to replace the the off/kill switch. The previous owner snapped it off and the only way to shut the engine off is by turning the key. The starter button and the internal mechanism still works on the switch assembly but the red plastic tab is broken. I have been unable to find anyone who sells just the red plastic switch and as far as I can tell my only option is to buy a used whole right hand button assembly which tend to go for +$120 used (and in poor condition with faded colors) or buy a new assembly for +$400 from Motorrad. Does anybody know of a supplier which sells just the loose red kill switch?

before spending that kind of money I would try drilling a small hole and exopying a screw or piece of aluminum in there to see if you can make it work. There have been previous post about these switches being a pain and not working if used every time you ride. I strictly use the key to avoid a potential weakness. Good luck.
