Retro Look

Hey Guys, I haven’t posted here in a while. I have a K1200R with about 10K miles on it. Didn’t get a chance to ride a lot in last few years. Lately I have been drooling over BMW R Nine T for its retro looks but of course can’t afford to pull the plug in these hard times.
I wanted to pick your brains on how to change the look of my bike to give it a retro/vintage look.
I was thinking about adding some racing numbers or some black racing lines but I have not been able to find anything online. Has anyone given it a try and give their beast a retro look?
Thank you in advance for your suggestions/ideas.

These bikes are classic, everything new has a "classic" look these days from the R nine T to Ducati scramblers. IMHO keep in stock! I've got a 2008 and it already turns heads at the gas pumps, nothing else like like it and it will be a classic if not already. Especially with those low miles!

The "new" K series is out of production. Very desirable. Fast and cool. Parts getting expensive. Your version is extra rare. I understand your thoughts for making it cool, but you are already there. The problem is maybe a nifty paint job. But as mentioned there are shops with an interesting look available. What to do. I stopped half way into a black paint job.(boy I'm tired of holding the monitor sideways, why does this happen)
