tfkelly Well that makes sense. Let me reword; Braking at high speeds is much less effort than at low speeds. I just don't seem to have to squeez so hard. To slowdown quickly from 100 to 40 requires very little presure. To go from 40 to 0 requires allot more presure.

seem inconsistant and less effective for normal stopping.
Perhaps you're feeling the booster or partial linking of the front and rear? I've noticed the brakes feel a little different than my R1100RS, but have attributed it to the partially linked system and the boost. I only feel the ABS when I'm in something loose like gravel.

jdsmith1953 you should never experience your ABS system at all under normal braking, it only comes in to play when there is impending lock-up of the wheels.

ABS question

I have the 04 k120gt with abs. They seem to work great at high speeds, but at low speeds they seem inconsistant and less effective for normal stoping. Anyone else notice this behavior?
