Help Brake issues

I just replaced the rear pads, new steel braided lines and speed breeders on rear (fronts are next) I filled up the rear reservoir opened sb and bled brakes until running clear no bubbles. I closed bleeder valve step on brake pedal and it goes to the end of trave no resistance. I can look at the rear pads and see they haven't closed at all.

Any ideas of what I did wrong?
