You have got to read this womans tale. It's mind boggling and reminds those of us old enough not only of the disaster Chernobyl was, but the regime that inspired it in the first place.
Wasnt lurking around the internet two years ago, so it's was new to me.
I don't know whether its fake or not, as you said, the pictures probably aren't. Did she really go there? Don't know, don't care, still thought provoking stuff.
Thanks for the feedback, maybe some of the other newer members will find it new like I did.
I saw this site a few years ago as well.
Really interesting, and if this woman is really such a hard arse bike rider, war freak and good looking to boot, I want to meet her!

Funny, I already sent her an E-mail asking her to marry me! LOL, I was thinking the same thing you were. It was meant as a joke but I really did send it! We'll see if she'll take me up on the offer to take a vacation here in the states.
I'm sure you wouldn't have been the first Driz.
Actually, her pass time re military archaeology looked pretty interesting. I think it's the bike rider, outdoor woman thing that I appreiciate. Good on her, and I'm sure she would be a really interesting person to share a beer with. Great to see if she replies, although after the amount of hits her site got, you'll be lucky!
Best wishes from Oz.
Ken.
