There was a software update for the stalling issue. Did they check to see if it was updated?

I have to agree with, "botus", these bikes are designed to run on High Octane Fuel, I`m in the UK always run on super unleaded (Highest Octane available) and I`ve had no problems in 10 years.

Good Luck
I always use Chevron Supreme because it has Techron in it. Every now and then, I will add Seafoam when I do a long extended trip where the bike is running for eight hours.

In 2019 in Arizona I filled a tank with 108 octane racing gas (which coming from a pail, not from a pump, at ~$15/gallon was both expensive and inconvenient) and I will say the bike ran extremely well on that fill-up and with no stalling for quite some time afterwards.
I used some of this once for a mix with 93 octane Chevron. $76 a can.
