So got the bike back after the rear shock was rebuilt. Now the front left brake seems to build up pressure and seize. The pistons on the caliper are fine. The wheel stops turning I bleed off some fluid (don't have to apply the brake) from the caliper and it works normally until I've driven for 5km then I pull over and the brake is seized. I repeat the bleeding process and fine for 5k more. You can feel the difference on the brake handle too. Normal...then rock hard as the pressure increases. Pretty sure this is the ABS pressure mod. Any ideas/fixes? I totally bled the lines on both brakes with new fluid. There is no warning light on the console.
Thanks

Blockage in the return hole to the reservoir?
Very close! It actually was the brake lever being tightened too much so that there was no play. It prevented the master cylinder from accepting the returning fluid when pressure was let off the brakes. Pressure and thus heat buildup caused the pads to seize on the disc. Simply loosening the bolt fixed it.
Thanks for the effort. 👍
