Help needed, looking for an advice please.

Is there a nice and easy way to remove handlebar raisers which have extension brake and clutch levers, as per the attached photo?

Any tips and tricks would be appreciated!!

Those type of risers generally have a round part that goes into the existing clamps.
If you remove your bars from the clamps they are in now, then you should be able to remove the risers and a cylinder from the original clamps, then put your bars into the original clamps.
Did that make sense?
When you fit them you just release the clamps on your bars, clamp in the risers, then clamp your bars into the top of the risers.
