My 2002 RS had a minor spill last September. I have replaced the headlight, working on the faring, and replaced the food peg. I also had to replace the 4 yr old battery as the bike was left on after the accident. In the process of removing the old battery I broke one of the vacuum connectors on the ABS vacuum can. I’ve just replaced the can and went for about a mile ride. I noticed that when I roll with the clutch engaged it slows down more rapidly than expected so I think a brake is dragging. When I use the front brake I feel surging.

What would be the best way to go about diagnosing this? Shop? Take the front brakes off and inspect them?

Thanks.

It fell away from me so I just don’t know. I don’t even remember hitting hard enough to break my shoulder and teat my rotator cuff, but it’s possible. What is the best way to determine the cause?

Thanks.
