I pulled the panels off after I saw a pair of wires attached to the battery but not kowing what they were for. Turns out previous owner had installed Garmin 2610 cable with audio out but they were hidden behind the battery down low.

Cleaned up the wiring by installing new ring terminals and heat shrink. Then installed the Warm And Safe fused wire to plug in my liner when needed.

Furthermore, I took out the snorkels and installed the Evoluzione air filters (had done this to my K1200R also).

Tested everything and proceeded to put the body panels back. Gave the bike a quick Zaino 6 tratement.

No screws left over. :)

Evoluzione race filters

Well I got to ride to work this morning with the new air filters. What a rush (pun intended). The bike growls just like my K1200R did. No issues with the 7.0 software update that was done earlier on Saturday.
