I have a Nextel Unlimited Minutes support plan and decided to call Garmin on their 913 area code number rather than the 800 number(s). Got thru in a record 3 minutes where typically I would be on hold 30+ minutes. Could have been a fluke, but perhaps worth a try. BTW, connected direct to operator, I said "Marine Product", and menu option gave a wait time of 5-7 minutes. Maybe worth a try!
