So I want to go over everything on this bike.

The abs light is flashing but I was told that it was due to leaking and sticky brake lines that have now all been replaced (Front brakes were sticking hard or just not working). Saddly the abs light still flashes.

I am right now getting close to 25mpg on the bike, does not help that my commute is short and I have 3 different spots to go full throttle on it but I expected better.

The front turn signals are falling off but I was told the mounts are replaceable.

To sum it all up.
Where is the fuel filter?
How do I fix the turn signals? (Other then jb weld)
How do I change the spark plugs?
Is my abs screwed or did I miss something?

Yes the bike has had its fair share, I am willing to work hard on it.

Currently has 155,000 miles on it.

You should be seeing 38MPG even around town riding it hard. I usually get 40 two up on the road, and last weekend on the St Helens aniversary ride I got 42. Though I only have 82K on the bike yet, you have a few more on the machine to say the least. I say something is a little off yet.

Fuel filter is inside the fuel tank. It's a bit of a bitch to replace, but fairly straightforward with the manual and standard tools (if you are somewhat mechanically inclined). The turn signals often have issues where the prongs that hold the turn signal pods on get broken off over time. You will have to replace the parts of the pods that have the prongs. These are OEM parts from BMW.

In general, you want to get a maintenance manual and go through it to determine what things you want to do yourself, and which services are best left to a pro. Good luck.
BTW - I've got a 2000 KRS with over 140K miles. Still runs like a champ.
