Is such conversion possible?

What are the parts required? rear wheel, final drive, disc, caliper, reservoir, brake pedal... what else?

I had done a search there, not much information on rear drum braked K-bike anywhere, even the BMW Factory repair manual have limited information.

Thanks for the advice.. I think the conversion to a disc rear brake might be a project when the rear fianl drive goes kaput..
Until then, I think the rear drum brake's peformance, even though less than dragging my feet on the pavement, will have to be sufficient.. brakes? I don't need no stinkin' brakes..

Please let me know if you ever come across a spare final drive unit for a rear drum brake. I would like to find a spare for myself for my K75.

Max BMW is about 250 miles from me.. I think I have better things to do on Saturday then spend 8 hours on the highway.
