I have a new pair of Kevlar knuckle gloves. The lining (if you could call it that) is a piece of foam rubber. (not too thick) on the inside of the Kevlar. that is it. The gloves fit well but my knuckles get hammered all day long by the inside of the Kevlar knuckle cover. It's feels like I have my knuckles inside gloves for a set of medieval iron armor.

Have any of you had the same experience? If so what have you done to help your knuckles?

Thanks, CK

If you have a Cycle Gear shop anywhere around, go try on a bunch of different styles/brands/sizes of gloves. cyclegear.com

They have several big racks of gloves, from $10 to WAAAAYtooniceforme. I got a pair of leather Built gloves there for $30 with "carbon fiber" knuckles and hard plastic palm armor, velcro closure, etc. They are 3 years old and doing very well. The only problem is they will stain my hands black when it rains, but it's not as bad as it used to be. NO knuckle rub, tho.
