Well I received my sliders today from San Jose BMW and the kit includes 5 sliders, 2 for the forks, 2 for the frame and 1 for the rear swing arm- took about 5 minutes to install and they are as follows on the bike:

Frame and fork right side

Frame and fork left side

Swing arm

The frame sliders just screw into the factory location and extend and about a half inch beyond the factory units. The fork sliders are inserted into the hub openings and use a expandable nut that once tightend holds them in place. the Swing arm slider works the same way- over all quality, fit and finish seem pretty good and for $200 seems much better than what the factory provided, which isn't much. It just seems like cheap insurance and if you saw how I ride you'd understand.
