Don't ever break down in Cleveland, Ohio. I called the two dealers in the Cleveland area for service on a 1989 K100 and neither one would work on it because "it was too old". They had no time for it as they were only working on new bikes and bikes still on warranty. Well, I'll pay the freight and order parts from Mathias BMW, also in Ohio. How would a traveler on an old reliable airhead get by in Cleveland if there was no support system by the dealers? He'd have to go to the Anonymus Book for help cause he wouldn't get it from these birds! I remember a few years back when these dealers were crying for business just to be able to keep the doors open. Well, this is not the kind of business model that should be opening it's doors. The BMW family has been broken in Ohio with this bull shit!!
