Hello folks,

This is my 1st post on this forum, so I hope this topic hasn't been covered to death and I not able to find it..

So I am pretty sure that I have decided to go K. If I do, it'll be the 13. Still tossing up R or S. Leaning toward R, but before I take the plunge (and let's face it, they're not a budget bike..) I wanted to ask the opinions of existing Aussie owners.

Firstly. Satisfaction with your purchase. I get they're quick, I get that they're well appointed and I get that you're all K owners, so I am not expecting a lack of bias!. ;)

2ndly, when things DO go pear shaped, how's BMW with their post sales support? Is there a particular reseller that you would suggest above others? Can't pass a set of lights in Sydney's north and not see a :bmw: cage, but is the network there for the bikes? Don't see too many of those..

I've never owned a bimmer before, so I just wanted to get an idea of what these things are like to own and maintain.

Love the look and design of the bike. Can't wait to get my hands on one. They look like porn! Love at first sight..

Thanks for your time folks and Merry XMas to you and yours,

Mannie

You really can't go wrong with any BMW..........

As for north side I would avoid Procycle @ Hornsby for any servicing.
I use Worthingtons near Gosford even thou I live on the Northern Beaches, for they do go that little extra.

Cheers TC
