After reading all this, it sounds easy to heat up gear you already own and love. Perhaps just a small pad to sit on for a heated seat or for passenger to stuff under jacket.Heat up the girl friends benwa balls. The ideas are endless. any thoughts on it? jim

I did it a few years ago. I used a lightweight outdoor vest. It was very effective and fun do do. All up cost was around $45.00. Great value when you consider the BMW vest is well over $600. It is a great deal of fun getting heat from your own work and a sense of satisfaction as well. If I did not like it, it did not cost me very much.
