while the bike was being PDI'd...... i'll pick it up at 5pm today
and they will have time to:
1. put on the motolights
2. put on the NAV III
3. put on the top case
4. put on an accessory socket on the dash

Whattya Beauty!

Hey Greg,

She looks Great! Best of luck.

Questions for you though on your farkles:
- how are you triggering the Motolights, normal switch or Autoswitch (or whatever it's called)?
- accesory socket on dash - where are you locating this? Was thinking about this as well, but.....

Nice! :D

Looks like you got Bridgestone tires. I'm curious how they do in the rain. I like my Z-6's OK, but not being able to easily tell percent of tire wear bothers me some.

Have a GREAT, FUN, & SAFE weekend! :ricky

Cool beans Greg! :ricky

FWIW, the calipers look identical. No smaller, from what I can see.

The B'Stones are good...especially the rear, wet or dry. It's the way the front 020 wears that I hate. At about 6K, expect to change them. I love these new Avons, FWIW.

I'm really looking forward to seeing a whole slew of GTs all lined up at a meeting somewhere. Can't wait for those pics. We had a few at CCR...but nobody to represent the Dark Graphite! :wtf

I actually took some pics of the 06 GT brakes and compared them to my '07 and apart from a change to the texture of the brake cables I can see no obvious differences either in size or design of the calipers.

Greg, glad you actually have it in your possession now and go enjoy your great looking bike - because it's been worth the wait. :) :)

I love my blue GT. I had a black KRS and I got tired of black after awhile. Besides, there will be less blue GT's than any other color..

DAMN!

Now I have to call my dealer back and tell them that I NEED to get a blue one instead of the Crystal Grey so I won't feel all limphf wrinsted! :gaRy:

Either that or suffer the humiliation of this board, now that I've learned that certain paint molecules cause the air to move more smoothly over the bikes, making them more aerodynamic and thus faster than their other hued brethren.

However, I never realized that if you chose the wrong color, the molecules would actually effect your sexual orientation! Sort of scary, no!?

Man, the dealer's really going to hate me for this one.....

So where were you guys when I bought my Astral Blue K75 to explain this to me!?

So where is greg as it is now 7:30 PM? I guess, he is testing his motolights. Maybe he will go home at 2 or 3 AM after doing his 600, due for service tomorrow.
