Just purchased a 2010 K1300 GT. Dealer bought it at auction and I purchased it from the dealer. How can I find out the service records to make sure any recalls or needed servicing has been done. It only has 12,800 miles on it.

I don't think they would have access to service records from other dealerships. Dealers have a legal requirement to track recall history. Not so with service records. You'd have to ask (trust) the prior owner, if known, about service. Or find the local BMW dealership where the bike came from and see if they'd be willing to share any information...doubtful, but it never hurts to ask. You might look into a title search to track back where the bike came from and how many times it has changed hands. Could be a lot easier to start with a 12,000 mile or an annual service at your dealership...that should be more than enough to bring the bike current service-wise.
