I think the K1200S/K1300S have the most beautiful paint jobs in the entire history of Motorcycle-dom. That is not hyperbole.

Nice - I have one just like it, purchased new in 2014. What extras, if any besides bag, are on it? I see no luggage grid or center stand. (Be aware that luggage grid installation has been problematical for a lot of these bikes.) Grip puppies are a (cheap) must. I added a Booster Plug to mine to smooth out the low-power throttle response. I also added a pair of Powerlet outlets in the fairing, and a better horn.
Tires - what's on there now? I can recommend Pirelli Angel GT's. I'm going to try the GT2's this fall. Will be my 5th set of Pirellis on mine. (I recommend 38/42 psi for general riding. The extra 2 psi in the front really improves streering precision in curves and turn-in.

I don't know what you mean by luggage grid. The rear rack isn't present.
