Picked this up on another BMW forum during my Monday morning search yesterday. Figured it might be worth posting. We seem to be getting multiple rumors from different sources which may (or may not) confirm some of the rumors we're seeing. It might also just be the same rumors, even the ones seen here, posted again on other other board.
If this did come from Motorrad, the respected (and usually accurate) German magazine, it shows the '06 date once again, and reiterates the new brake system installed. It's also interesting to see the magazine refers to the bike as a "GT" - a slightlly more sporty riding position like the present "GT"?
