Here's the kind of service you get there=after my 24,000 major change all fluids tune up valve check service. I lost my front brakes because the brake resivor wasn't topped off at all after they bleed the brakes. It was an air bubble and I was able to pump them up and repair myself. This happened at 120mph at the end of a straight. On my old BMW air head I lost the engine oil after they worked on the motor and didn't tighten up the oil cooler and it fell off spilling the oil all over the bike and seizing the motor. Any one that brings their BMW there for service is risking their lifes and BMW should pull out of the dealership. The service depatment and owner are also liars about work performed and the owner is dishonest. They never offered a thing to make up for two near death biking experiences due to their work. I have not gone into that dealership again and don't recommend any one else doing that when traveling through New England =go to Max BMW in NH,that's a real BMW dealership=pro's.

Street Cycles? NO way. I have been doing business there since 1997 and have always had good luck. Fred the head tech with 25+ years experience is a pro. I find this hard to believe. Sometimes we blame our misfortunes on others prematurely. I say give them another chance. After all, did you have them look at your oil cooler? Your brake master?
