I believe that is custom paint as it is on the belly pan. You can get the 98 taxi decal from the dealership I believe. Once they have the archive up you can search for it as it was covered once on how much it cost to do the dealership, after market graphic, or paint. That bike is on cycle trader fwiw. Maybe call the owner?

Appears to be a stock RS - tinted windscreen. At least from the angle of the picture provided.
