High beam too high

Hello,
I've upgraded to HID the low beam. No problem with that with the great instructions on this forum.
But I've found that my high beam aim too high.
Any ideas on how to make it lower?

Thanks

Is the lever that you flip up/down for riding loaded in the correct position?

The low beam and high beams are located in the same headlight housing, so adjusting one up or down also adjusts the other by the same amount.

There is no way to adjust them independently. This is the same for the all Halogen bulb setup, or the factory or aftermarket HID setups.

You're seeing the very sharp upper cutoff of the low beam being amplified by the brighter HID bulb, compared to the weaker Halogen high beam pattern.

The only thing you can do is to adjust either the low or high beam correctly, then use additional driving lights to fill in the other.

Thanks Meese,
At the end the problem was that I had installed the high beam bulbs incorrectly.
I took the off, took some time to get them right... Problem solved.

Thanks again.

I love my new ride!!!

Sometimes, it's the simplest solution . . .

Glad it's now working for you. :)
